This very familiar evolution is relatable for all of us, as documented by a certain lead singer: 1970: Gonna have a party to save my soul 1984: It’s one long party and I haven’t seen the sun for days 1996: Sometimes I sit and wonder, sometimes I just sit 2013: Sometimes, on a good day, I sit and think, sometimes I just sit 2024: I can’t get my ass out of bed ---

Used to party a lot…living almost ascetic for 7 years now…and life is so much better, brighter… get up early. See the sun rise. That is all i need. ---

Erik, getting the sunlight in one’s eyes possibly soon after getting up is recently confirmed to be a big blessing for the biological kick-start of the body and helps a lot having a good, even day later on. ---

We used to play that silly little song in my band, just for fun, mainly for the ladies in our audience…doing Gigs for friends and relatives …after we did our little setlist of cover songs ( Clapton, Doors, Winwood, old blues tunes) and a few originals… If you think it through the lyrics of Always Look…are not that bad, even wise ---

I have always loved Monty Python, my older brothers introduced me to that crazy universe and I never left 😃 “Always look..” is a wonderful, humorous song with a lot of truth in it 😊 ---
