Karin, _stell dein Licht nicht unter den Scheffel,_ you’re not just famous, you’re **notorious**! The living, talking DPD (Deep Purple Diva). 😂
Amazing to witness how you have beguiled and ensnared poor, gullible MK with just a few of your enchanting posts, you temptress octopod!

Mark,
Are you implying that Mrs. 44 is a Purple fan too? 😮 😱
Please confirm, since the existence of a _third_ female DP fan in the world would be the biggest news item since the creation of THS!!
Cheers, J.-

I don’t even know how that goes … 😂
Yeah, Karin, I like the new Stones album, very poppy and catchy, in fact it sounds more like a Mick Jagger solo than a Stones album. Andrew Watt (THERE WE HAVE THE DP CONNECTION, he played guitar with Glenn in California Breed!) does a good job with them. Jagger sings extremely well on the album as if he was out to prove something.

Does anyone remember the “Dear Ma Nuge” column on **RIP Magazine**?
Karin should have a section like that! 😃
_PS. RIP RIP Magazine and RIP magazines themselves._

Well Yeah!
She likes Purple - and the offshoot bands, she’s also somewhat of a Megadeth fan 😵
So I can confirm! 😄
Cheers!

That is amazing!!
I bought both “The House of Blue Light” AND “Peace Sells…But Who’s Buying?” as an annoying teen in 1987 (I am no longer teen).
All the best, J.-

Julio, please enlighten me:
What kind of section would that be?
I would love to give you gentlemen some skin-secret tips, or how to keep your hair lustrous and luminous 😃
And I would love to give relationship advices ☺
Is it that kind of section you’re thinking about?

Hi Karin.
First, I should correct myself, the column was _Dear Mom Russell_, and it was a “matters of the heart” style section written by the mother of Jack Russell, frontman (and notorious bad boy) of the band **Great White**.
It was on **RIP Magazine** , one of the important ones of the era when Hard Rock and Glam Metal were at their commercial peak.
On it the lady advised young fans about romantic, family, fashion or personal issues. The fans (who were, I repeat _young_ - i.e. not like us rock fans now) wrote _letters_ (like, pen to paper, then sealed envelope and post office) and sent them to the magazine’s address.
She was much loved (both mother and son are gone now) and my girlfriend at the time, Claudia, loved to read her column (although she was an adult).
Let me know when _Dear Aunt Verndal_ premiers!
Best, J.-

Oh my 🤣
Well, ask me a question, and I’ll start it up immediately.
I take all the human questions, and Anton is more than ready to advice re livestock and pets ☺
