Bootleg request: Looking for Emden 06-06-2006 ("Der Teufel Ist Da")

Hi everyone,

I was lucky enough to stand right at the front barrier during the Deep Purple show at the Nordseehalle in Emden on June 6, 2006. I still vividly remember the power outage right during ‘Pictures of Home’ and Ian Paice keeping the crowd going with an acoustic drum solo!

For purely nostalgic reasons, I am desperately looking for the audience recording known as “Der Teufel Ist Da”. Since the old German forum threads are archived, could anyone here share a download link (MEGA, Drive, etc.) for the FLAC or MP3 files? It would mean the world to me.

Hi Jesper, I never heard of the tape from this evening existing, but I have a question - since you have been there. On 3rd June DP played Katowice Spodek Hall, and Ian Gillan was extremely hoarse on the voice, totally ridden with awful cold. Did he recover from that by the 6th June, do you remember? Just curious.

For what I can remember it was a good show and Gillan hadn’t lost his voice. He probably took time to recover in-between shows. I remember it so fondly because it was my first ever Deep Purple concert. And with the technical problems during Pictures of Home, the surprise drum solo from Paice was a very nice introduction​:blush:

I once downloaded a bootleg of this show, the booklet says it’s name is “Phantom pregnancy”. Taper’s name is Bruno. Are you nevertheless interested?
