I just realized it is the 20th Anniversary of this Ian Gillan piece! As I am not a videogamer, I originally missed this gem. Personally I get mechanized Stranger In Us All-era Rainbow vibes, but that can be just me.

Sounds like a leftover Rainbow JLT era backing track with Ian asked to sing over it. 
I haven’t heard that song in ages and now it can go back hibernating for another 20 years if you ask me!
