I cannot log in from my iPhone with either my user name or my email address + password though I set up my account via my laptop today.
And what’s the error message? Any screenshots?

If you provide exact date/time (with timezone) when that happened, I’ll dig the logs. Your IP address would also be helpful.
Does this happen when you’re on the same wifi network as the laptop or are going through your mobile provider?
Does logging in via email link work?

No issues here.
I log on from Mac and/or iPhone, via Safari both.
Of note: I am not on a VPN or behind firewalls of any kind.
I also know for a fact this the forum software is excellent, since it is the same one Arturia (the French music software company) uses and I’ve been there for years, again, with no issues.

Yeah, the software is pretty popular, particularly in tech circles. Everybody these days seems to be running it, so I’m pretty sure it’s not a bug in the code itself. Either some forum settings specific to this site, or network issues, or browser/phone itself. Just trying to narrow it down.

With 66 K+ GitHub commits, you can be pretty sure that it is not a bug!
If Mr. Stargazer happened to be, say, a gentleman who works in a top-flight law firm, which happened to be within the German time zone, and had this issue in office hours, it is not impossible that a tight firewall may have been in place around him to protect corporate servers.
Or, otherwise, maybe something as simple as a cache issue confusing his Safari Mobile app…hard to know…
i could not replicate the issue here in South America (tried all devices, Safari/Chrome, normal/incognito, all worked fine), that much I can say!
SSO (i.e. via Discourse → Google) is sometimes mentioned in the web as a common login issue, but that would’t be this case either, I think.
Anyway, good luck with it

Maybe if Stargazer climbed down from his stone tower and stopped trying to get reception from all the way up there in the heavens, he could possibly log in? Or is that an ‘ivory’ tower he is on top of? Anyway, Ronnie would be proud if it was the stone tower. Alternatively, Stargazer would be a little closer to Elon and all his toys up there, wouldn’t he? Surely the reception up there would be much ‘better’. Cheers.
